Terms and Conditions

Seaberg oil Company has the right to refuse service and stop service at anytime. We do not require contracts but may require payment up front for pre buy orders and if you have a history of late payments.

Fuel Delivery:

• We ask that all customers check their tanks regularly for any leaks and make sure they are stable. We are not responsible for the maintenance on your personal tanks and due not cover damages for in home tanks that become disconnected or leak in the home or outside the home.
• Emergency and weekend delivery will have a $60 charge. Emergency and Weekend delivery may not always be available so please plan ahead.

Payments:

• Cash discounts may be applied on ticket and price shown is for payment received by cash or check payment and made with in 5 days of delivery.
• All payments are due with in 30 days of delivery and may receive a $20 late charge if payment is received after 35 days.
